Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
4+ years of civil land development experience.
Experience with site design, grading, drainage, utilities, and entitlement/permitting processes.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

Lead residential, commercial, mixed-use, and site development projects in the Seattle/Puget Sound region.
Design and oversee grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, roadway, and site civil improvements.
Manage projects from due diligence and entitlements through construction.
Navigate permitting and approvals with local municipalities and agencies.
Collaborate directly with clients to turn development opportunities into successful projects.
