Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review construction documents and permit submittals.
• Manage the economic aspects of assigned project designs.
• Perform hydrologic modeling and stormwater runoff calculations.
• Design horizontal and vertical alignments, cross-sections, and utility layouts.
• Demonstrate proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, sediment and erosion control, sewer systems, hydraulic modeling, and stormwater management, working with regulatory agencies.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively across teams to ensure quality and document design changes.
• Lead small to moderate design teams on site development projects.
