Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
• US citizenship is required.
• Must have PE License in the United States or ability to obtain PE within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Prepare studies, drawings, calculations, specifications and data sheets for civil designs.
• Work with other civil engineers and technical disciplines in a team environment.
• Execute design development and produce design documents for government customers in line with UFC and WBDG.
• Develop grading/backfill designs and road foundations.
• Assist with boring oversight, site inspection and review of facilities.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Review vendor information and integrate it into designs.
• Ensure schedule adherence while maintaining high quality in outputs.
• Participate in design/model reviews and constructability reviews.
