Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer with 3–7 years of civil experience for an established engineering consulting firm serving municipal infrastructure and land development projects in the Kansas City, Missouri region.

You will design stormwater, utility, roadway, grading, and site development work, prepare plans and reports, coordinate with municipalities and regulatory agencies, conduct site visits, and mentor junior staff within a collaborative project delivery team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–7 years of civil engineering experience.
• EIT required; PE or ability to obtain preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, stormwater, utilities, and municipal or land development projects.

Responsibilities

• Design stormwater, utility, roadway, grading, and site development projects.
• Prepare engineering plans, reports, calculations, and construction documents.
• Coordinate permitting with municipalities and regulatory agencies.
• Conduct site visits and construction observations.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Mentor junior engineering staff and support project delivery.
