Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 2+ years of experience in civil engineering focusing on land development/site design.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and related design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of civil engineering projects, including site development, grading, drainage, and stormwater management systems.
• Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and cost estimates using Civil 3D and related design tools.
• Oversee and perform site visits and field inspections to ensure construction aligns with design intent and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor to junior engineers and designers.
• Manage project deliverables, schedules, and coordination with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Perform advanced engineering calculations and analyses related to hydrology, hydraulics, and site design.
• Review and approve technical reports, plans, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to project planning, scope development, and execution strategies.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and applicable codes.
