Artheon is seeking a skilled Professional Civil Engineer to join our Neptune, NJ team. You will lead design from concept through completion on land development, municipal projects, and infrastructure initiatives, using AutoCAD Civil 3D to deliver site, drainage, and roadway layouts.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of civil engineering design experience, municipal or land development preferred.
• EIT certification is required; PE license is a plus or willingness to obtain it.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software; knowledge of stormwater software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project design from concept through completion.
• Develop civil designs including site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadways.
• Prepare permit applications and review planning and zoning documents.
• Collaborate with project managers, surveyors, and other disciplines to deliver solutions.
