The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of civil design experience, EIT certification, and strong communication and teamwork skills; PE license is a plus or willingness to pursue it.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of civil engineering design experience.
• EIT certification required; PE license a plus or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Design and draft civil engineering layouts including site plans, grading, drainage, utilities.
• Submit permit applications to local, state, and federal agencies.
• Collaborate with project managers, surveyors, and other engineering disciplines.
• Prepare technical reports and calculations to support project design.
