Advatix Inc. is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join its Kalamazoo, MI team. The role focuses on planning, design, and delivery of municipal infrastructure, including water, sewer, stormwater, and roadways.

You will collaborate with project managers, surveyors, designers, technicians, and contractors in a multidisciplinary environment. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of civil engineering experience, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, and strong AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of professional civil engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
• Strong experience designing and delivering municipal infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience with water distribution, wastewater and sanitary sewer, stormwater, and roadway infrastructure.
• Experience with construction administration and project documentation.
• Knowledge of municipal permitting requirements, engineering standards, and regulatory processes.
• Experience supporting project budgets, schedules, scopes, resource planning, and work plans.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.

Mansioni

• Lead and support the design and development of municipal infrastructure projects, including water distribution, wastewater and sanitary sewer systems, stormwater drainage, and roadway infrastructure.
• Prepare engineering studies, preliminary designs, final designs, construction plans, technical specifications, and permitting documents.
