Job summary

Stillpoint AEC is seeking a Civil Engineer with land development and site civil design experience to lead a diverse project portfolio, including residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.

You will work with developers, municipalities, and multidisciplinary teams, providing technical guidance, project leadership, and mentorship while pursuing PE licensure and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE licensure preferred; EIT candidates considered.
• Experience with land development and site civil design.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D for land development and site design preferred.
• Experience with stormwater/hydrology modeling tools such as HydroCAD or HEC-RAS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design land development and site civil projects including residential, commercial, industrial, multifamily, and institutional properties.
• Perform site planning, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design.
• Develop site layouts, grading plans, drainage plans, and construction drawings.
• Design water distribution, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage systems.
• Perform hydrologic/hydraulic calculations and stormwater analyses.
• Prepare calculations, reports, plans, specs, and permitting packages.
• Support feasibility studies, design development, permitting, bidding, and construction administration.
• Coordinate with developers, municipalities, and project teams.
• Support zoning, entitlement, and regulatory coordination.
• Provide mentorship and client interaction based on experience.
