Job summary

Stillpoint AEC is seeking a Civil Engineer for land/site development in the Dallas–Fort Worth, TX area. The role emphasizes design leadership across residential, commercial, industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use projects with emphasis on grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree and is pursuing PE licensure, with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydraulic modeling tools. Hybrid and onsite work options are available as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE licensure preferred; EIT candidates considered.
• Experience with site planning, grading, drainage, and utility design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design land development and site civil projects including residential, commercial, industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use developments.
• Prepare grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans and construction documents.
• Develop site layouts, drainage and utility plans, and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with developers, architects, municipalities, and project teams.
• Support zoning, entitlements, permitting, and regulatory coordination.
• Provide mentorship and guidance based on experience level.
