Job summary

Stillpoint AEC is seeking a Civil Engineer with land development expertise to support diverse residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use projects. You will lead site civil design efforts, perform grading, drainage, and utility planning, and collaborate with developers, municipalities, and multidisciplinary teams.

The role offers opportunity for project ownership, mentorship, and support for licensure and continuing education within a collaborative, established consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Experience in land development and site civil design within a consulting/AEC environment preferred.
• PE licensure is preferred; EIT candidates actively progressing toward licensure will be considered.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D for land development and site civil design is preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Design land development and site civil projects including residential subdivisions, commercial developments, industrial facilities, multifamily communities, mixed-use developments, and institutional properties.
• Prepare site plans, grading, drainage, utility, erosion control drawings and construction documents.
• Develop water distribution, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and site infrastructure plans and details.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, stormwater analysis, earthwork calculations, and utility design calculations.
• Coordinate with developers, architects, municipalities, utility authorities, regulatory agencies, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide project coordination, technical guidance, client interaction, and mentorship based on experience level.
