Job summary

TYG is seeking Civil Engineers across multiple levels to support growth in key US markets including New York City, Texas, Florida, the Carolinas, Denver, and Boston. Roles span mid-level to senior with focus on site design, grading, utilities, and stormwater management.

Opportunity for increasing project ownership in a collaborative, design-focused environment. Remote or hybrid flexibility available depending on location and level.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering required.
• EIT preferred; PE required for senior roles or ability to obtain.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong understanding of site grading, utility layout, and stormwater design.
• Team-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Support design and coordination for site development projects including grading, utilities, and stormwater systems.
• Prepare construction documents, stormwater calculations, and permit submittals.
• Collaborate with clients, attend municipal meetings, and assist in project approvals.
• Work closely with Project Managers and subconsultants to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.

They are open to engineers ranging from mid-level through senior, depending on experience.
