Job summary

TYG is seeking Civil Engineers across multiple levels to support growth in Seattle and other key US markets. The ideal candidate will contribute to land development projects, site design, grading, utilities, and stormwater management in a collaborative, design-focused environment.

We offer increasing project ownership, opportunities on municipal and private developments, and remote or hybrid flexibility depending on level and location.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required or equivalent experience.
• EIT preferred; PE required for senior roles or ability to obtain.
• Experience with site grading, utilities, and stormwater design.

Responsibilities

• Support design and coordination for site development projects including grading, utilities, and stormwater systems.
• Prepare construction documents, stormwater calculations, and permit submittals.
• Collaborate with clients, attend municipal meetings, and assist in project approvals.
• Work closely with Project Managers and subconsultants to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.

They are open to engineers ranging from mid-level through senior, depending on experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for engineers with experience in site design, grading, utilities, and stormwater management who are looking to grow within a collaborative, design-focused environment. The role offers increasing project ownership and exposure to diverse private and municipal development projects.

Responsibilities

• Support design and coordination for site development projects including grading, utilities, and stormwater systems
• Prepare construction documents, stormwater calculations, and permit submittals

• Work closely with Project Managers and subconsultants to ensure timely and accurate deliverables

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
