Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer with 2–10 years of land development experience to join our Indianapolis team.

You will work on residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, guiding site design from concept through construction with clients and regulators. Responsibilities include grading and drainage design, stormwater management, layout, and preparing plans and technical reports using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–10 years of land development design experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience with grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control design.
• EIT certification preferred or the ability to obtain it.
