Job summary

TYG is seeking Civil Engineers across multiple levels to support land development projects in Chicago and other key US markets. The role spans site design, grading, utilities, and stormwater management within a collaborative, design-focused environment.

Qualifications

• EIT preferred; PE required for senior-level roles or ability to obtain
• B.S. in Civil Engineering degree is required
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design principles
• Strong site grading and utility layout knowledge; team-oriented, proactive
• Open to mid-level through senior engineers with increasing project ownership

Responsibilities

• Support design and coordination for site development projects including grading, utilities, and stormwater systems
• Prepare construction documents, stormwater calculations, and permit submittals
• Collaborate with clients, attend municipal meetings, and assist in project approvals
• Work closely with Project Managers and subconsultants to ensure timely and accurate deliverables

Our client, a growing civil engineering consulting firm with a strong reputation in land development, is seeking Civil Engineers across multiple levels to support continued expansion across key US markets including Chicago.

They are open to engineers ranging from mid-level through senior, depending on experience.
