• Collaborate with entry and mid-level staff for skill development; review progress.
• Use basic civil engineering software and CAD tools per industry codes.
• Collaborate with discipline groups to support business needs.
• Provide recommendations on designs and standards.
• Work closely with construction partners to ensure project success.
