Job summary

CobbFendley is seeking Summer 2027 Interns & Graduate Engineers for our Lubbock office. The roles involve supporting project managers and engineers, performing civil design tasks, and assisting with drawings, specifications, and estimates.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in an accredited Civil Engineering program or possess a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, with a goal to obtain EIT/FE. Strong organization and a quick learner in a dynamic environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited Civil or other engineering program for internship.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program for Graduate Engineer.
• FE exam (or pursuing) preferred for Graduate Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and engineering support to multiple employees.
• Assist Project Managers and Engineers with engineering design tasks.
• Perform civil design, calculations, analysis, and site visits.
• Prepare drawings, specs, BOMs, and estimates per project scope.
