Job summary

ANS is seeking an Engineer II - Civil to join our growing multi-disciplinary team. You’ll contribute to a diverse range of renewable energy projects (PV, BESS, HV, Wind) and collaborate with internal specialists to deliver high-quality designs.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, 3–5 years of experience, and familiarity with Civil 3D, HydroCAD, HEC-RAS, GIS, and PV CASE. FE/EIT is encouraged and PE is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required.
• FE or EIT strongly encouraged.
• Professional Engineer is nice to have.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, HydroCAD strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of HEC-RAS, GIS, PV CASE is a plus.
• Renewable energy project experience (solar/wind/storage) preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Work under a Project Lead on multi-discipline projects.
• Interact with hydrology, geotechnical, structural, and electrical teams.
• Perform civil design tasks: grading, drainage, erosion control, stormwater, SWPPP reports.
• Use Civil 3D for alignments, profiles, grading to produce plans.
• Complete stormwater and E&S calculations for stamped drawings.
