Job summary

Freeport-McMoRan is seeking a Project Manager or Technical Advisor to review engineering designs and lead small-to-medium projects. You will oversee vendor contracts and collaborate on planning, budgeting, and capital funding authorizations.

The role requires a Civil Engineering background with professional credentials and hands-on design and project execution experience, in addition to strong communication and planning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with 3 years of experience, or Master’s with 2 years.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and RISA 3D.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering designs and technical specifications.
• Serve as Project Manager or Technical Advisor for small-to-medium projects.
• Administer vendor contracts and monitor compliance.
• Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting and capital funding authorizations.
