Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and regulate development of subdivisions and commercial sites to ensure compliance with local and state codes.
• Inspect ongoing developments and issue violation notices for non-compliant sites.
• Issue Land Disturbing Activities permits.
• Draft and propose updates to local engineering ordinances and codes.
• Provide technical recommendations to County leadership on construction projects.
