Fuscoe Engineering, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA is seeking Engineers I and II to join a 100% employee-owned firm that values mentorship, collaboration, and hands-on land development projects.

You will prepare plans, perform design calculations, and coordinate with architects and clients. EIT is required; Civil 3D and AutoCAD experience is preferred. Hybrid work after 90 days with strong growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do as an Engineer I:

• Prepare engineering plans and production.
• Perform design tasks, engineering calculations, solve design problems, and develop knowledge of general design standards and agency requirements for plan preparation.

As an Engineer II, you will have all of the above in addition to:

• Coordinate with architect/agency/client for production and design.
• Able to independently make engineering judgment and solve design issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• A combination of a bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline from a four-year college or university and civil engineering design experience of at least 1 to 2 years for an Engineer I, 2 to 5 years for an Engineer II.
• EIT Certification required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD. Civil 3D experience preferred.
• A motivated, curious problem-solver who works well independently and on a team.
