CRW Engineering Group, a growing civil engineering and surveying firm, invites applications for Civil Engineer roles at our Olympia, WA office. You’ll work on federal, state, municipal, tribal, and private projects across the Pacific Northwest, collaborating with a team that supports professional licensure and growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• FE exam passed is required.
• PE license preferred or actively pursuing.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and navigate construction areas.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with clients, agencies, and project stakeholders to develop smart, effective civil engineering designs.
• Prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates for civil infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (planners, architects, contractors, permitting agencies).
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
• Support permitting processes and manage documentation.
• Contribute to CRW’s growth through client relationships and project success.
