Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer for our Construction Services team in Greenville, WI. The role combines on-site inspections, testing, and design updates to ensure fieldwork matches the plans and specs.

You will use AutoCAD Civil 3D, update drawings, and prepare data for reports as you support projects from concept to construction. A BS in Civil Engineering and 1–5+ years of field/office experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree, US-accredited.
• 1–5+ years progressive experience in construction design-based civil engineering.
• Hands-on construction inspection experience on civil projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections to verify construction performance and conformity.
• Perform field testing to support engineering and reporting requirements.
• Prepare and update civil design drawings, specs, and documents.
• Update specifications to reflect field conditions and design changes.
• Support construction inspection activities through project phases.
