The ideal candidate holds a BS in Engineering, is EI-certified or pursuing EI, and demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills. Travel up to 30% is expected, with a commitment to quality design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited school.
• Must be a certified Engineer Intern (EI) or pursuing EI.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Strong communication and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes reports, maps, drawings, blueprints and data to plan and design projects.
• Calculates costs and prepares detailed cost estimates.
• Produces engineering and design documents using CAD/design software.
• Prepares reports, specifications, plans and schedules for projects.
• Meets with clients to coordinate changes and gather requirements.
• Coordinates with officials to obtain approvals and permits for projects.
• Tracks project progress and reports activity as required.
• Researches regulations and design techniques to address client needs.
