Job summary

Atwell, LLC in Reno is seeking a Civil Engineer EIT to join our growing team. You will support project teams by leading design aspects and addressing engineering issues across diverse projects, collaborating closely with project managers, team members, and clients.

You will develop proficiency in civil engineering principles and apply them to real-world development challenges while working with a supportive, national firm culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2-4 years of civil engineering experience, with leading design aspects preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Grading Design, Technical Writing, 3-D Modeling, MS Office, and Plan Interpretation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project documents and proposals with project teams.
• Draft, review, and finalize deliverables (site plans, reports, estimates, schedules, permits).
• Research local zoning requirements and conduct site visits.
• Communicate with clients, municipalities, and agencies under PM direction.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to complete assignments.
