Alfred Recruitment LLP is seeking a Civil Engineer with experience in drainage, highway and infrastructure design to join our established engineering consultancy. You will contribute to residential, commercial and mixed-use developments and develop your expertise alongside an experienced team of engineers.

Qualifikationen

• Four years' industry experience in civil engineering consultancy.
• Experience across drainage design, SuDS and Flood Risk Assessments, Roads, Highways.
• Proficiency in MicroDrainage and/or InfoDrainage, and Civil 3D.
• Experience producing detailed design drawings, calculations and reports.
• Good organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage workload and collaborate.
• Chartered status or working towards ICE or IStructE accreditation is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Develop civil engineering designs from feasibility and options through detailed design and construction.
• Design foul and surface water drainage systems and drainage strategies for complex urban developments.
• Prepare SuDS strategies, stormwater attenuation designs and Flood Risk Assessments across flood zones.
• Undertake highway, external hard landscaping and pavement design.
• Produce design drawings, calculations, specifications and technical reports.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and design team to resolve queries.
• Attend project meetings and support projects through to delivery within budgets and deadlines.
• Provide guidance and support to junior engineers.
