Qualifications

• Bachelor in civil engineering with one year of relevant experience; or
• Bachelor in civil engineering technology with three years of experience; or
• A bachelor’s degree plus a master’s degree in civil engineering.
• New York State Professional Engineer license and four years of experience for EE level.

Responsibilities

• Administer maintenance/repair contracts and oversee vendor performance.
• Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and on-site inspections.
• Prepare new contracts, contract modifications, and vendor qualification.
• Monitor budget, research assignments, and ensure contractor compliance.
• Support emergency field coverage and flexible work hours as needed.
