Job summary

Presidential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a Civil Engineer to design new or improve existing plans, including footings, roadways, and stormwater systems. The role involves supervising the construction of designs and ensuring quality compliance with codes and standards.

The ideal candidate has extensive AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team to deliver safe, compliant infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or higher) is desired.
• Must hold a current state license or be willing to obtain one.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D or similar drafting software.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with building codes and construction materials.

Responsibilities

• Create new drawings based on customer specifications and needs.
• Modify existing drawings to meet architectural or customer requirements.
• Create virtual models with design software.
• Occasionally go into the field to observe construction and ensure drawings are followed.
• Maintain detailed records of progress and projects.
