Job summary

Thomas Young Group is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead site analysis, grading, and utility layout for land development projects in North Carolina. You will develop stormwater and roadway plans, interpret topography, and drive designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, EI certification, and 5+ years of relevant experience, with a PE license on track or preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
• EI certification required; PE license preferred or on track.
• 5+ years of experience in civil site design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and familiarity with North Carolina permitting processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work across disciplines.
