SHIV SOFTWARE EXPERTS LLC in Orlando, FL is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our land development team. This full-time, in-office position focuses on residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use projects from concept through permitting and final design.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of civil engineering or land development experience, a strong grasp of grading and drainage design, and proficiency with ICPR4, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D. A PE license is not required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in ICPR4 for stormwater analysis and modeling.
• Strong AutoCAD; Civil 3D is a plus.

Civil Engineer – Land Development in Orlando, FL

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join our growing land development team. This full-time, in-office position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use development projects from initial concept through permitting and final design.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, managing multiple projects, and contributing to high-quality land development solutions. A Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is not required.

Key Responsibilities
