About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Omaha, NE. This position focuses on large-scale site development projects, including data centers and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil site design, stormwater management, utility infrastructure, and multidisciplinary project coordination.

This role offers the opportunity to lead complex engineering projects from early site planning through final design while collaborating with mechanical, structural, architectural, and electrical engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site development, site selection, and master planning activities.
• Design underground utility systems, including water, sewer, and storm drainage networks.
• Develop grading plans, cut-and-fill analyses, and earthwork balancing.
• Perform hydrology and stormwater analysis using StormCAD, CivilStorm, or similar software.
• Prepare erosion and sediment control plans (ESCP) and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP).
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure designs comply with local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements and applicable engineering standards.
• Support permitting activities and provide technical guidance during project execution.

Required Qualifications
