Job summary

HKA Enterprises is seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer for an onsite/ hybrid role in Omaha, NE. The position requires 15+ years in civil engineering, a PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months), and advanced Civil 3D proficiency.

Experience with StormCAD or CivilStorm is preferred, along with background in data centers or large industrial sites. The role emphasizes leadership, coordination across disciplines, and managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of civil engineering experience.
• PE license required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Advanced Civil 3D experience required.
• Experience with StormCAD and CivilStorm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site development, master planning, and site selection projects.
• Design underground utility routing and site layouts.
• Perform hydrology and stormwater system analysis/modeling.
• Design wastewater systems, grading plans, and erosion control plans.
• Prepare stormwater pollution prevention plans and permit support documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural teams.
• Ensure compliance with local AHJ requirements and industry standards.
