CRW Engineering Group, Inc. in Olympia, WA is hiring Civil Engineers for our growing office. We offer diverse projects, a collaborative culture, and opportunities for professional growth.

You will work on civil infrastructure designs, prepare plans and cost estimates, and coordinate with planners, architects, and contractors. A 4-year degree in civil engineering and an FE exam are required; PE license is preferred. This is a full-time on-site role in Olympia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Passed FE (Fundamentals of Engineering) exam required.
• PE license preferred or actively pursuing.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, agencies, and project stakeholders to develop civil engineering designs.
• Prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates for civil infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (planners, architects, contractors, permitting agencies).
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
• Support permitting processes and manage documentation.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Passed FE (Fundamentals of Engineering) exam (required).
• PE license preferred (or actively pursuing).
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Solid understanding of civil engineering principles.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and navigate construction areas.

Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
