Pay: $45-50/hr on W2 (The pay rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Engineer to support engineering team in reviewing roadway improvement projects and evaluating their impact on existing utility infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or engineers with up to three years of experience who are looking to build their career in utility engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Review roadway design plans submitted by municipalities and roadway agencies.
• Analyze proposed roadway improvements to determine their impact on existing utility facilities.
• Identify potential conflicts between roadway projects and utility infrastructure.
• Coordinate findings with the Project Management team for further execution.
• Support engineering documentation and project coordination.
• Assist in clearing project backlogs while ensuring timely and accurate reviews.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred), Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Internship experience or 1–3 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience with roadway design.
