Job summary

Novax Recruitment is partnering with an industry-leading organisation to recruit a Senior Civil Engineer who will own complex civil design projects from concept through construction. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both design activity and project delivery oversight.

You will use AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce and amend designs, develop site layouts, grading, drainage and utilities, and manage external consultants.

Qualifications

• PE licence in at least one US state.
• Willingness to obtain Nevada PE reciprocity (NCEES record desirable).
• 10–15+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Strong background in land development, site development, industrial facilities, mining, public works, utilities or large infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

• Knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, earthworks and site development.
• Experience writing scopes of work and managing RFP processes is highly desirable.
• Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) experience is advantageous but not essential.
