The role targets experienced engineers who can manage projects from due diligence through construction and coordinate with agencies. The engineer will serve as Engineer of Record, oversee site design, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway improvements, and mentor staff while supporting client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 6+ years of land development engineering experience.
• Nevada PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong knowledge of zoning, permitting, and municipal development regulations.
