Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced civil engineer to lead roadway design projects in Missouri and Kansas. You will perform design and modeling using Microstation/OpenRoads, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and coordinate with clients and senior staff to deliver high-quality highway projects.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of street/highway design experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and a Kansas PE license or ability to obtain within six months; CV sponsorship is not required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Kansas Professional Engineer License or ability to obtain within 6 months
4-7 years' experience designing streets and highways in accordance with local, state, and/or federal regulations
Ability to work effectively with other engineers and technicians
Experience in CADD utilizing Microstation
Background in traffic engineering design can be helpful
Applicants must not require work visa sponsorship
