Job summary

Jobtailor in Kansas is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager to lead multi-discipline engineering projects, plan teams, and drive on-time delivery. You will coordinate client relations, oversee design meetings, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgets.

A PE license in Missouri or ability to obtain within 4 months is required. Strong leadership and communication with peers, senior staff, and clients are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Licensed Professional Engineer in Missouri or able to obtain within 4 months.
Minimum ten years’ experience in the design of streets and highways.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations for street and highway design.
Proven ability to manage multiple team members and coordinate with engineers and technicians.
Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with peers, senior staff, and clients.
Experience with winning and executing state DOT highway, street, or sidewalk/trail projects preferred.
