Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers and Architects, is seeking a talented civil engineer in Salina, Kansas. You will perform roadway design and modeling utilizing Microstation/OpenRoads while leading project tasks and collaborating with experienced teams.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Perform roadway design and modeling utilizing Microstation/OpenRoads.
• Lead and manage tasks on projects of various sizes.
• Work with experienced designers and project managers as well as collaborate with other disciplines and subconsultants to deliver projects.
• Primarily work on projects in Missouri and Kansas with opportunities to support regional projects.
• Efficiently communicate and partner with peers, senior staff, and clients.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Kansas Professional Engineer licensed or the ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 4 - 7 years’ experience in the design of streets and highways in accordance with local, state and/or federal regulations.
• Ability to effectively work with other engineers and technicians.
• A background in traffic engineering design can be helpful in this role.
• Experience in CADD utilizing Microstation.

Annual Salary range: $110,000 - $150,000
