Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our project teams.

You will help design land development plans, including site layouts, grading, stormwater systems, water quality practices and utilities for private, public, and energy clients. From concept and design through regulatory review, bidding, and construction, you will collaborate with clients, contractors and local officials to deliver projects on time and to high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 0+ years' professional engineering experience.
• EIT or FE certification.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Ability to speak and write professionally.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to invest in own professional development.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Overview

As a Civil Engineer for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), in our Indianapolis, IN office, you'll work with project teams to create land development plans for our private, public and energy sector clients. From an urban redevelopment site, industrial sites, to a new school project, you'll take part in designing site layouts, grading plans, storm water management facilities, water quality best management practices, and utilities. Interacting with clients, contractors, local government officials, you'll impact the whole project - from conceptual and design phases, through the regulatory review process, bidding, and construction, all the way to project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's a plus)
• 0 + years' professional engineering experience
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D
