Job summary

Resource Options, Inc. seeks a site civil engineer to oversee on-site construction activities, coordinating with contractors, surveyors, and project managers to ensure design accuracy, safety compliance, and timely project delivery.

The role includes preparing concept plans, site plan packages, reviewing applications, and mentoring junior staff while collaborating with clients and sub-consultants to meet project goals. ROI supports a broad regional footprint across the Northeast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 0-10 years of experience in Site Civil and/or Municipal Engineering
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certification preferred
• Software experience must include: Civil 3D, Hydraflow Hydrographs, Hydraflow Storm Sewers, AutoTurn/Vehicle Tracking (Civil 3D), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in Site, Grading, Drainage, Utility, Erosion Control, and Lighting Design.
• Experience in the preparation of Construction Details, Technical Specifications, and Technical Design Reports.
• Experience in analyzing local zoning ordinances

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineer support staff.

Pay Range: $70,000 - $100,000
