Join a growing environmental consulting firm where your engineering expertise drives real-world results. We’re seeking a Civil Engineer with a strong background in site design, permitting, and regulatory compliance to lead high-visibility projects for industrial and commercial clients.

This is an opportunity to own the process—from technical review through client consultation—while playing a pivotal role in the growth of a respected, multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Review and sign off on civil/site designs including stormwater management, grading, erosion control, and utility layouts

· Ensure all project deliverables comply with federal, state, and local regulations

· Coordinate with permitting agencies and guide clients through approval processes

· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and staff

· Serve as a trusted advisor for clients across multiple industries

· Optional: Represent the firm in public hearings or zoning board presentations

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

· 5+ years of experience in civil/site development (industrial/commercial emphasis a plus)

· Strong knowledge of environmental permitting, stormwater design, and compliance standards (especially in PA and NJ)

· PE license in PA or NJ preferred (or the ability to obtain quickly)

· Clear communicator with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

· Comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders and clients
