Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Civil Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to support Civil Engineers on projects ranging from commercial developments to large master planned communities and municipal infrastructure. The role focuses on producing design drawings and supporting construction administration.

You'll work with a team across the western US, applying Civil 3D, AutoCAD, hydrology and hydraulic modeling, and field observations to deliver compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Ability to produce technical design solutions and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and managing project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Support with grading, drainage, stormwater modeling, and pipe networks.
• Prepare design documents from feasibility to construction close-out.
• Participate in constructability reviews and quantity estimates.
