Job Description
This position will be responsible for a broad range of work throughout each project, that requires a highly motivated individual, who is detail orientated and has direct experience with civil and/or landscape drafting. Primarily, this position will aid in the preparation of site plans, landscape plans and exhibits for land development and regulatory submissions and will be responsible for performing a wide variety of research throughout Florida. Generally, the research includes property appraiser information, Comprehensive Plan, zoning and regulatory approvals. The position will also require the applicant to perform site inspections to obtain base data for the preparation of site plans.
