OWN, Inc. is seeking a Civil Designer to join our Dardanelle, AR team. You will collaborate with engineers to design and document civil projects across municipal, commercial, and subdivision developments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil engineering and design experience.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, Civil Storm, HEC-RAS, and AutoCAD.
• Experience with municipal, commercial, and subdivision land development projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineers to develop and execute project plans.
• Participate in the design and layout of civil engineering projects.
• Conduct calculations and analyze data to ensure accurate and efficient design outcomes.
• Prepare comprehensive construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
• Estimate quantities and construction costs to support project budgeting and cost control.
• Provide construction phase services by monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with design specifications.
• Conduct reports and studies to assess project feasibility, performance, and compliance.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of permit applications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficient project execution.
