OWN, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Dardanelle, AR team. You will collaborate with project teams to plan and design civil engineering projects and prepare construction documents.

Qualifications include a B.S. in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program, an active PE license, and 5+ years of civil engineering and design experience. This position offers a rewarding opportunity in a employee-owned firm with ESOP benefits.

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our Dardanelle, AR team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with project teams to plan and design civil engineering projects.
• Conducting calculations to ensure accurate and efficient project designs.
• Preparing comprehensive construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Estimating quantities and construction costs to facilitate budgeting and project planning.
• Providing construction phase services, overseeing project progress, and addressing any on-site issues that arise.
