Job summary

Bohler’s Chalfont, PA office seeks a Design Engineer to support diverse land development projects. You’ll work with experienced engineers, gain exposure to grading, stormwater, and permitting, and develop technical skills in site design from concept to permit-ready packages.

You’ll collaborate with project managers and teammates to deliver coordinated design packages, perform design calculations, and draft using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline is required.
• 2+ years of site design experience across residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and basic engineering design principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site layout, grading, utility, and stormwater plan preparation.
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and support due diligence investigations.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to deliver coordinated design packages.
• Perform design calculations and drafting using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

About the Role
