Galloway & Company is seeking a civil engineer to support engineering teams on site development and infrastructure projects. You will apply engineering principles to plan and execute site layouts, grading, erosion control, stormwater systems, utilities, and transportation layouts for subdivisions, commercial sites, multifamily developments, or public works.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a board-approved four-year program.
• EI/EIT certification or eligibility to take the FE exam within six months of hire.
• 3–4 years of hands-on civil engineering or site design experience.

Responsibilities

• Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to draft detailed site plans and engineering drawings.
• Collaborate with team members across disciplines and engage with clients for quality outcomes.
• Prepare improvement plans, technical reports, permit applications, and specs for civil projects.
• Assist with storm drainage, wastewater, and water system calculations and cost estimates.
• Draft engineering reports and correspondence using precise writing.
• Support business development by delivering high-quality work aligned with company standards.
