Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• EI/EIT certification or FE exam eligibility within six months of hire.
• 2–3 years of hands-on civil engineering or site design experience.

Responsibilities

• Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to draft detailed site plans and engineering drawings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and clients to ensure quality outcomes.
• Prepare improvement plans, technical reports, permits, and specifications.
• Support storm drainage, wastewater, water systems, earthwork, and cost estimates.
• Apply design processes from start to finish with data-driven problem solving.
• Draft civil engineering reports and correspondence with precision.
• Contribute to new business development by delivering high-quality work.
