Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 2+ years of site design experience in residential or commercial projects.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and basic engineering principles.
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn new tools.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of site layout, grading, utility, and stormwater plans
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and support due diligence investigations
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to deliver coordinated design packages
• Perform design calculations and drafting using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Support permitting efforts with local and state agencies
• Contribute ideas and enthusiasm to help solve engineering challenges
